Job Details

We are looking for a Transactional/Contract Attorney with the following qualifications:

• License to practice law in OH
• Residence in Northeast Ohio
• 5+ years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Book of at least $200k
• Experience/background in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting (preferred)
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on mergers, acquisitions, business entity governance, and restructuring
• Experience with due diligence and post-deal integration
• Knowledge of current laws and regulations
