Job Details

As a Transactional Attorney / Contract Attorney on our team, we are looking for:

• License to practice law in OH
• Residence in Northeast Ohio
• 5+ years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Book of at least $200k
• Experience and/or background in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting preferred
• Experience with core functions such as drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on mergers and acquisitions, business entity governance, and restructuring
• Assisting in due diligence and post-deal integration
• Maintaining current knowledge of laws and regulations
• Structuring and drafting documents for commercial and finance transactions
