Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Business Assistant to join the front office of Acierno Dental. You will greet patients, manage schedules, answer calls, and assist with insurance and billing to ensure a smooth patient experience.

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Business Assistant to join our front office team. This role is essential in creating a smooth patient experience from the moment they walk in the door. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday 8am-5pm, Tuesday 7am-7pm, Wednesday 7am-7pm, Thursday 7am-7pm, Friday 7am-1pm (office hours schedule will vary depending on the hours they are available.)

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an efficient daily schedule
• Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Support overall office organization and front desk operations
