The Business Asset Accountant focuses on managing the college’s physical infrastructure, assets, and related operations to support academic and administrative functions. This position ensures that facilities and assets are maintained, utilized efficiently, and aligned with the system’s strategic goals. It involves overseeing the lifecycle of facilities and ensuring compliance with state and institutional requirements.
Requires strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities across diverse facilities. Proficient in computer operations and job-related software, with sound decision-making skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and excellent oral and written communication.
