Job description

Under limited supervision, create project-level business architecture artifacts for specific projects.

Essential Functions:

1. Works with the business, IT, and other architects.
2. Aligns project-level artifacts with strategic initiatives and IT standard methodologies for development.
3. Facilitates the creation and evaluation of business processes, capabilities, requirements, and use cases to recommend project direction.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

1. Deep understanding of IAM principles and practices, including physical security aspects like badging.
2. Ability to manage multiple systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Lenel, IBM (photo capture), RightCrowd, and Entrust.
3. Strong project management skills aligned with strategic business goals.
4. Advanced knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
5. Ability to analyze and improve business processes.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
7. Capability to address complex technical and business issues.
8. Familiarity with IT development methodologies and strategic alignment.
9. Leadership skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
10. Understanding of security protocols and regulations related to physical and digital access management.

Work/Domicile Location(s):

The preferred location is hybrid in Collierville (Memphis), Tennessee, or Coraopolis (Pittsburgh), Pennsylvania. The position may be remote within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, with possible on-site requirements.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience:
