Position Overview

This role is for a Business Architect Sr within PNC’s Technology organization. It is a remote position, performed from a confidential space in a home location approved by PNC. Note that this position may not be available in all geographic locations.

Responsibilities

1. Designs business architecture, technical roadmaps, application blueprints, data models, and system overlays for business processes.
2. Decomposes business requirements against technical standards, assesses risks, and conducts governance processes.
3. Provides technical leadership in ServiceNow applications, including configuration, business rules, and data tables.
4. Supports platform integration, testing, and operations (e.g., ITOM, SACM, CSDM, Employee Experience).
5. Guides junior staff on business architecture planning and tools such as UML and BPMN.
6. Ensures project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant industry experience. Certifications are desirable but not mandatory.

Additional Information

PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or STEM OPT for this position. The salary range is $80,000 to $217,100, with variation based on location and experience.
