Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bank operations experience or IT experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem solving techniques.

• Aptitude for understanding workflows and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Configures or customizes a system for business use.
• Implements changes following a defined process and tests.
• Contact for troubleshooting problems.
• Identify areas for improvement and present recommendations.
• Lead system upgrades, fixes and patches, and manage test scripts and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain system documentation and governance.
• Conduct training as necessary.
• Prepare reports supporting recommendations using existing technologies to improve processes and reduce risk.
• Assist business analysts in identifying improvements through conversations and observations.
• Collaborate with lines of business on recommendations for existing and new systems.
• Participate in the execution/implementation process.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex process and technical problems.
• Escalate to IT and other business lines as needed.
• Monitor system health and coordinate with vendors during outages and restorations.
• Perform duties during nontraditional hours when needed.
