Job summary

Job description

• Gather, analyze, track and present data in an easy-to-understand manner
• Examine data reports to identify and resolve errors
• Produce, analyze, and distribute reports
• Communicate changes in an effective and timely manner
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement reporting solutions
• Gather, review and analyze business data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
• Assist the Bank in developing best practices, frameworks and metrics needed to evaluate and improve the Bank’s operations
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, utilizing business process mapping
• Support the portfolio review, maintenance and prioritization review process
• Write user guides, various tracking documents, data specifications, release notes, and other deliverables as needed
• Acquire industry, application, and data content knowledge in the functional areas served by the department
• Create and Execute queries for research, assist in decision making, and ad hoc reporting

Experience requirements

• 0-2-year experience with a 4-year degree
• 4-6 years' experience required without a degree
• Experience working with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project teams supporting IT projects
• Knowledge of relational database structures and concepts
• Able to access and transform data for use in reports, pulling data from various systems
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodology (preferred)
• Education Requirements
• 4-year degree preferred in the field of computer science, information systems, or related field, and 2-3 years' work experience
