Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Business Applications Support or related ERP/ enterprise systems role.
• Experience supporting ERP, billing, service management, or operational systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with users, leadership, vendors, and customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain customers, contacts, locations, products, pricing data in ERP and related business applications.
• Support contract implementations, renewals, and amendments by translating terms into configurations and pricing structures.
• Execute scheduled and ad hoc pricing updates, including CPI and price increases.
• Serve as primary contact for business application support across divisions and plants.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, user requests, and tickets with internal teams and vendors.
• Manage user access, permissions, and customer portal accounts.
• Develop and maintain reports to support operations, pricing reviews, and data validation.
• Perform data audits and validation to prevent billing issues and data quality problems.
• Conduct end-user training on system functionality and processes.
• Participate in upgrades, enhancements, implementations, testing, and migrations.
