Job summary

Glocomms in Los Angeles seeks a Business Applications Administrator to own the ERP platform and enterprise applications, partnering with operations, finance, and supply chain to streamline processes and drive digital transformation.

You will build dashboards, automate workflows, support user training, and coordinate upgrades with technology partners, delivering measurable improvements to operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years supporting ERP systems or enterprise business applications.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments preferred.
• Strong ability to improve business processes and optimize systems.
• Experience with reporting, workflow automation, and application support.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Power Automate or similar tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication bridging technology and business teams.
