ORBIS Inc. seeks a seasoned program manager to provide high-level engineering/science management and Navy acquisition support for NAVSEA TEAM SUB and PMS425 Submarine Program Offices in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs.
• Experience leading a project and interfacing with an end item customer.
• 5+ years of experience working with Navy Finance and Contracting and the Navy Programming, Planning, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) Process.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to NAVSEA Team Submarine (TEAM SUB) Submarine PEO UWS (SWFTS) Program Offices and supporting organizations: PMS 401 – Submarine Acoustic Systems, PMS 425 - Combat and Weapons Control, PMS 435 – Submarine Electromagnetic Systems, SUB-S, 07TR – Submarine Trainer Readiness, and Cybersecurity.
• Work with the TEAM SUB structure (PEO SSBN, PEO SSN, PEO UWS) to enhance submarine R&D, acquisition, and maintenance processes.
• Coordinate with PMS425 Program Office to ensure alignment with submarine programs and requirements.

• Provide support to NAVSEA Team Submarine (TEAM SUB) Submarine PEO UWS (SWFTS) Program Offices and supporting organizations: PMS 401 – Submarine Acoustic Systems, PMS 425 - Combat and Weapons Control, PMS 435 – Submarine Electromagnetic Systems, SUB-S, 07TR – Submarine Trainer Readiness, and Cybersecurity.
• TEAM SUB is a combination of Program Executive Office (PEO) Strategic Submarine (PEO SSBN), PEO Attack Submarines (PEO SSN), and PEO Undersea Warfare Systems (PEO UWS) and the Direct Reporting Program Office, AUKUS Integration & Acquisition Office (AUKUS). The TEAM SUB concept divides the single submarine-centric organization into specific PEOs with the goal of enhancing the structures and processes in the submarine research, development, acquisition, and maintenance communities.
• This position is located in the PMS425 Program Office.

Required Experience and Skills:
