Job summary

The Cigna Group, CuraScript SD division, seeks a Business Analytics Senior Manager to lead a team of BI developers, data analysts, and analytics engineers. You will translate business goals into analytics roadmaps, deliver executive-ready insights, and drive scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics or related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years solving business problems through analytics.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience with accountability for results.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Working knowledge of Python and PowerShell.
• Extensive experience with BI tools, including Tableau.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Cisco. (Workday experience desired)
• Strong understanding of BI architecture, ETL, and analytics engineering.

The Business Analytics Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in helping CuraScript SD make smarter, data-driven decisions that improve patient access, operational performance, and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Required Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience highly desired.
• 8+ years of experience solving business problems through analytics.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience with accountability for results.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Working knowledge of Python and PowerShell.
• Extensive experience with BI tools, including Tableau.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Cisco. (Workday experience desired)
• Strong understanding of BI architecture, ETL, and analytics engineering.
• Ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong executive-level communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics teams in operational or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with statistical or advanced analytical techniques.
• Experience with analytics prioritization and capacity planning.
• Recognized analytics or BI subject matter expertise.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 130,900 - 218,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
