Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Business Analytics Senior Manager for CuraScript SD in a hybrid role. You will lead a team of BI developers, data analysts, and analytics engineers to turn complex data into trusted insights that influence senior stakeholders.

You will translate business objectives into an analytics roadmap, ensure delivery of dashboards and reports, develop scalable data models and KPIs, and uphold data quality and governance across analytics engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BI developers, data analysts, and analytics engineers; manage performance and career growth.

Analytics Strategy & Execution

Required Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience highly desired.
• 8+ years of experience solving business problems through analytics.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience with accountability for results.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Working knowledge of Python and PowerShell.
• Extensive experience with BI tools, including Tableau.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Cisco. (Workday experience desired)
• Strong understanding of BI architecture, ETL, and analytics engineering.
• Ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong executive-level communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics teams in operational or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with statistical or advanced analytical techniques.
• Experience with analytics prioritization and capacity planning.
• Recognized analytics or BI subject matter expertise.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 130,900 - 218,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
