Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

We are looking for an exceptional Analytics Manager. This job position presents a distinctive and thrilling opportunity for the ideal candidate. This role is onsite.

Delasco manufactures and sources more than 5,000 cost-effective products to support care providers in private practices, hospitals, and university medical centers around the globe

Job Overview

The Data Analytics Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for managing data projects, building dashboards, analyzing trends, and ensuring data integrity. The role requires strong technical skills, business acumen, attention to detail and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive team and functional leads to identify business challenges and opportunities where data-driven insights can add value.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide real-time access to key performance metrics.
  • Manage and optimize data pipelines, ensuring data is clean, reliable, accessible and consistent across reporting tools.
  • Lead complex data analysis projects, providing insights and recommendations that influence business strategies.
  • Translate technical findings into clear, concise presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technology, sales and marketing teams to improve data infrastructure and integration.
  • Proactively identify new data sources and automation opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Track and measure the impact of implemented solutions on business outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices to enhance business intelligence capabilities.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and organize significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Expertise building dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI, with a focus on design, clarity, and usability.
  • Experience with workflow automation, scripting, or process optimization to increase reporting efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Strong ability to write complex SQL queries, optimize database performance, and manage large datasets.
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into meaningful insights for business teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Understanding of data quality frameworks, governance policies, and best practices for ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analytics.
  • Must have experience with Power BI
  • Experience in product-based business a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales analytics, supply chain analytics, customer analytics, or financial modeling is preferred.
