Overview:

Sentara Health is seeking a strategic leader for the role of Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting.

This is a full-time remote position.

This role involves leveraging knowledge of informatics infrastructure, analytical tools, information systems, and data stores to monitor pharmacy trends, develop and maintain pharmacy reporting, support PBM oversight (including financial guarantees, contractual terms, and invoicing), and lead a team of analytical resources. The position requires balancing independent complex analyses with mentoring and coaching team members. Collaboration with management in the pharmacy department, pharmacy benefit manager, IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Performance is essential.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree required.

Certification/Licensure:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of healthcare experience.
• Over 4 years of managed care pharmacy or PBM analytics experience, including pharmacy claims, medical drugs, and enrollment. Experience with drug pricing, rebates, network discounts, benefit design, auditing, regulatory reporting, and compliance is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and reports in PowerBI and Tableau is highly preferred.
• Experience with DataBricks is a plus.
• Experience developing data-driven presentations and conducting financial analyses and ROI assessments.
• Project management experience is required.

We offer competitive compensation packages, including base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $106,080–$176,820. Additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, shift incentives, or bonuses may also be available.
