Sentara Health is seeking a strategic leader for the role of Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting.
This is a full-time remote position.
This role involves leveraging knowledge of informatics infrastructure, analytical tools, information systems, and data stores to monitor pharmacy trends, develop and maintain pharmacy reporting, support PBM oversight (including financial guarantees, contractual terms, and invoicing), and lead a team of analytical resources. The position requires balancing independent complex analyses with mentoring and coaching team members. Collaboration with management in the pharmacy department, pharmacy benefit manager, IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Performance is essential.

We offer competitive compensation packages, including base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $106,080–$176,820. Additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, shift incentives, or bonuses may also be available.
