Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Deal Analytics Intern to turn data from the car purchasing process into actionable insights. This summer internship offers hands-on analytics work, mentoring, and exposure to AI-enabled analytics tools while collaborating with teams across the country.

You’ll develop dashboards, perform data validation, and present a capstone project to a large audience, preparing you for a career in data analytics within the auto industry.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's in a related field.
• Understanding of Excel and SQL; experience with Python, Tableau or Power BI is a plus but not expected.
• Analytical mindset with a curiosity about exploring data to find new insights.
• Desire to expand AI literacy and the ability to responsibly leverage AI tools in analytics work.
• Effective communicator with strong relationship-building and organizational skills.

USD 22.02 - 33.08 per hour

Compensation

Hourly pay rate is in the range of $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
