Cox Automotive is seeking a Deal Analytics Intern to transform data from the car purchasing process into actionable insights. This summer role offers hands-on analytics experience, mentorship, and exposure to a national team.

You’ll build dashboards, validate data, and present findings to stakeholders. The program emphasizes AI literacy and responsible use of AI tools, with an in-office setup that enables daily collaboration and cross-country interaction.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Understanding of Excel and SQL; experience with Python, Tableau or Power BI is a plus but not required.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity to explore data for insights; AI literacy and responsible use of AI tools in analytics are desirable.
• Effective communicator with strong relationship-building and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and translate analytical results into insights and recommendations.
• Perform data analysis and validation.
• Build dashboards and reporting, leveraging AI tools to accelerate analytics tasks.
• Build relationships and interact with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Complete a capstone project and present to a large audience.
