Qualifications

Job Title: Business Analyst – Healthcare Domain

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong healthcare domain knowledge to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, and healthcare SMEs to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical and functional solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on healthcare applications, healthcare workflows, data, regulatory requirements, and enterprise systems, along with strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, process analysis, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Requirements Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Analyze system integrations, APIs, data flows, and downstream/upstream dependencies.
• Support data mapping and validation activities.
