Remote Jobs is seeking a requirements analyst with education and publishing experience to translate client needs into clear specifications and drive CRM initiatives. You will conduct requirement gathering, participate in client calls, and create rigorous traceability matrices for delivery.

Analyze functional and nonfunctional requirements, assess feasibility for testing and deployment, and guide teams through coding, QA, deployment and ongoing support in a fully remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• Education and publishing experience required.
• CRM experience mandatory.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
