Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in report specifications, testing, analytics, or related operations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and diagramming tools (Excel, SQL, Visio).
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and quality assurance processes.

This Is What It Takes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: report specifications and testing, business analytics, process documentation, quality assurance, technical writing, and business operations.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong emphasis on creating report specifications and testing reports.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and diagramming tools, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Visio or other relevant software.
  • Experience with testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex and/or technical documents such as laws, regulations, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of agile/scrum methodology and how Business Analysis functions within it.
