About the Role

As a business analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze their needs, translating them into clear, actionable requirements that align with business goals.
• Creating comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process workflows, and use cases, to ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.
• Designing test plans, coordinating testing activities, and validating that the data system meets business requirements and functions as intended.
• Developing training materials and conducting sessions to ensure end‑users understand how to use the data system effectively, fostering smooth adoption.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and guiding adjustments during development and implementation phases.
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in design and development.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess business processes and identify opportunities for improvement while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in conveying requirements, ideas, and solutions clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Attention to details and precision in documenting requirements, processes, and test results to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Understanding of data systems and familiarity with data architecture, workflows, and tools to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Capacity to manage changing requirements and priorities while maintaining focus on project objectives.
• Experience in engaging with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting user research, testing, and analysis.
• A strong portfolio of design projects that demonstrate your skills and creativity.
