This candidate will play a key role in a high-visibility initiative focused on migrating Call Center, Retail, and Security applications from LDAP to Active Directory. The ideal candidate will blend strong business analysis skills with hands-on quality assurance expertise, partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, define security role needs, execute testing efforts, validate deployments, and provide post-production support. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale identity and access management initiatives while leveraging both manual and automated testing methodologies in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Must-Haves:
