Job summary

Kelly in Mason, OH is seeking a Business Analyst / QA to support the migration from LDAP to Active Directory authentication. The role includes requirements gathering, test planning and execution, stakeholder coordination, and validation of authentication changes across impacted applications.

The assignment is initially 2 months with potential extension, located in Mason with a hybrid work arrangement for local candidates. Strong experience in QA, BA, and testing required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance.
• Experience in requirements elicitation and gathering processes.
• Experience in software testing life cycle activities, fundamentals of test architecture, test design principles for black-box and grey-box testing.
• Knowledge of manual and automated testing for UI, back-end/batch and data conversion/ETL.
• Experience with databases, ability to create, execute, and understand SQL queries to assist in data development and research.
• Experience in working in multiple test environments and management of test data across them.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening) skills, presentation and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational/team-working skills with ability to coordinate in a diverse, dynamic environment.
• Experience with project tracking systems such as Jira as well as Microsoft Office applications.

BA/QA support the migration of several applications from LDAP to Active Directory authentication. Support business analysis and quality assurance activities, including requirements gathering, test planning and execution, stakeholder coordination, and validation of authentication changes across impacted applications.

Required Skillsets:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with experience in business analysis and quality assurance
• Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation and gathering processes
• Demonstrated experience in software testing life cycle activities, fundamentals of test architecture, test design principles for black-box and grey-box testing
