You will perform business analysis, define precise security access requirements, and leverage SQL, ETL testing, and test automation to ensure data integrity across environments. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential in a fast-paced healthcare tech setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dual experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance.
• Strong STLC, test architecture, and ETL testing foundation.
• Proficiency with complex SQL queries and database testing.
• Experience implementing AD/AD B2C migrations.
• Experience with test automation or performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a dual-threat resource following EyeMed's SDLC processes, managing both the front-end planning (Business Analysis) and back-end verification (Quality Assurance).
• Elicit, gather, and document precise security role requirements to transition user access seamlessly from LDAP to Active Directory.

Job description

Minimum 5 years of dual experience in both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance frameworks.

Strong foundation in software testing life cycle (STLC) activities, test architecture, and data conversion/ETL testing.

Deep comfort with databases, including the ability to write and interpret complex SQL queries independently.

Proven success managing test data across multiple environments using project tracking ecosystems like Jira and Microsoft Office.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the critical thinking needed to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Direct experience implementing Active Directory (AD) or AD B2C migration projects.

Hands-on experience with test automation or performance testing tools.

Familiarity with utilizing AI tools for accelerated requirements drafting and test case creation.

Background in the healthcare or managed vision care industries, specifically with the Cognizant Facets application.

Prior specialized experience in Security Testing.
