Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with project management capabilities in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare organizations.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and solution evaluation.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, or similar omnichannel engagement platforms.
• Experience with data and analytics solutions and data-driven decision platforms.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of Customer Engagement processes, Medical Affairs operations, Patient Services, and Commercial analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis efforts including requirements gathering, process optimization, solution evaluation, and stakeholder alignment across Commercial and Medical Affairs.
• Provide project management leadership spanning initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Drive RFP processes from discovery through vendor selection, including current-state assessments, future-state definition, requirements documentation, and vendor evaluation.
• Transition from Business Analyst to Project Lead after vendor selection, maintaining continuity through implementation and operational readiness.
• Engage with cross-functional teams across Customer Engagement, Medical Affairs operations, Patient Services, and Commercial analytics to align technology solutions with business needs.
