Responsibilities:

1. Work with stakeholders to identify business needs.
2. Clarify and document features/user stories.
3. Propose solutions, manage testing, support rollout plans, etc.
4. Lead backlog grooming and serve as Scrum Master.
5. Be a point of contact for issues from the practice.

Technology Requirements:

1. Experience leading Agile ceremonies; certification a plus.
2. CBAP certification a plus.
3. Define, document, and communicate requirements in work items for the product development team (epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria).
4. Experience with Azure DevOps.
