Senior Technical Recruiter at Gotham Technology Group

Join a collaborative team of business analysts and developers focused on building governance frameworks, workflow automation, and integration solutions. Your work will drive improvements in operational efficiency, decision-making, sales performance, cost reduction, and process optimization. You will also support the technical management of the firm’s data catalog and data quality tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with stakeholders, developers, and analysts to design and implement Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance solutions.
2. Gather and document business requirements for MDM, including data definitions, attributes, relationships, and business rules.
3. Develop and maintain governance frameworks and processes to ensure data quality and consistency using Markit EDM.
4. Evaluate current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and document enhancements to optimize performance.
5. Lead data validation efforts, coordinate user acceptance testing, and certify data for use in business applications.
6. Maintain and support data catalog, lineage, and glossary tools to ensure alignment with business objectives.
7. Manage tasks and priorities to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
8. Conduct ad-hoc data analyses and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
9. Contribute to a collaborative, goal-driven team environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on MDM and Markit EDM.
• Experience with client, security, issuer, or legal entity data is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with the financial services and asset management industry.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration with Data Governance stakeholders is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with data catalog tools (e.g., Collibra).
