Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Business Analyst with a pharma/life sciences focus to bridge client stakeholders and solution teams. You will elicit and document data and system requirements, map them to detailed data specs, and support rollout and post-implementation activities.

Responsibilities include authoring functional specifications, leading data standardization, and validating test cases with QA. Remote/onsite flexibility may apply and compliance expertise is valued.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in Pharma/Life Sciences.
• Experience writing data rules, formats, and KPI specifications.
• Experience with third-party vendors and data exchange interfaces.
• Expertise mapping data requirements to business requirements and test cases.
• 5-7+ years of business/systems analysis experience.
• Understanding of compliance and validation in pharma organizations.
• IIBA certification (CBAP, CCBA) preferred.
• Proven delivery success using standard tools and best practices.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$46,000 to $111,000.
