Job Description

Title : BA w/Enterprise File Transfer and Batch Scheduling Skills

Location : Minneapolis, MN

Duration : 6+ months

A direct Minneapolis, MN client seeks an Enterprise File Transfer and Batch Scheduling Analyst. The successful candidate will fulfill the role of an Analyst responsible for understanding and documenting the File transfer and Batch scheduling tools, processes and roles and responsibilities within the functional line.

Local Consultants are strongly preferred. This position starts ASAP and will be for an initial 6 month contract.

Candidate will work directly with the Senior Director and Line Manager to identify gaps in skill set and operational processes. Candidate will provide operational support for day-to-day needs, as appropriate, to ensure proper coverage for service support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The Enterprise File Transfer and Batch Scheduling Analyst will gain an understanding and document the file transfer and batch scheduling tools and operational processes of such.
• Identify gaps in skill set and help design the operational roles and responsibilities and workflows and maintenance strategies
• Provide day-day operational support in support of the enterprise services.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Information Technology experience
• Must be familiar with the full life cycle development process including significant experience interacting with users, designing and compiling detail specifications based on user requirements, role design and development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
• Experience working with Axway Secure Transport.
• Experience working with Autosys 11.3.5+ in a large scale relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) environment.
• Experience in analyzing and developing scripted data processes and report delivery.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management practices.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with the latest releases of the various PeopleSoft applications.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27000, NIST.
