Base pay range

$85.00/hr - $95.00/hr

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a long-term initiative focused on enhancing the Middle Office Allocation platform at a leading global financial institution. The ideal candidate will have strong domain experience in Equities and Fixed Income trade processing, along with a working knowledge of Options and Futures. Familiarity with Rates Middle Office trade flows is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Front Office teams to gather and refine business requirements for enhancements and support of the Middle Office Allocation platform.
  • Analyze trade workflows for Equities, Fixed Income, Options, and Futures, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational requirements.
  • Document current and target state processes, identify gaps, and help drive solutions.
  • Support UAT, including test case creation and defect triage.
  • Serve as a liaison between the business and technology teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in the Capital Markets domain.
  • Hands-on experience working with Middle Office Allocation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and allocation processes across Equities and Fixed Income products.
  • Exposure to Options and Futures is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Rates trade flows and related Middle Office processing is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
