Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join a major financial institution's long-term initiative focused on migrating their Middle Office Allocation platform. This is a critical role for a candidate with hands-on Capital Markets experience, particularly in trade processing across Equities, Fixed Income, Options, and Futures.

This is a hybrid position based in Midtown NYC-candidates must be local and able to work onsite three days per week.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Technology, Operations, and Front Office teams to gather, define, and validate business requirements for the platform migration
• Analyze and document trade workflows across Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives
• Define current vs. target state process documentation and assist in gap analysis
• Support UAT planning, including test case development, defect tracking, and resolution
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
• Leverage working experience with Fidessa CTAC to support platform integration and workflow transitions
• Apply understanding of FIX messaging protocols to support trading and post-trade allocation flows
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets, with deep understanding of Middle Office processes
• Solid experience with trade lifecycle management, especially in Equities and Fixed Income
• Familiarity with Options and Futures processing is a strong plus
• Experience with Fidessa CTAC and FIX messaging is required
• Exposure to Rates trading flows and related middle office functions is highly desirable
• Experience with Genesis TAM is a plus
• Strong skills in business requirements gathering, process documentation, stakeholder management, and UAT coordination
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week onsite in Midtown Manhattan
