Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive IT business analysis or strategic communications experience; strong writing skills.

• Prepare a range of materials: memoranda, analyses, staff papers, briefings, presentations, talking points, fact sheets, and training content.
• Ensure technical documentation is accurate, clear, aligned with templates and standards.
• Create templates, SOPs, job aids, and supporting metrics for Coast Guard Requirements and Analysis Process.

Duties

Including but not limited to:

• Prepare a range of materials, including memoranda, data analyses, staff papers, briefings, presentations, talking points, fact sheets, and training content, as requested
• Ensure technical documentation is accurate, clear, well-written, and consistent with established templates and standards
• Create document templates, standard operating procedures, job aids, and supporting metrics for the U.S. Coast Guard Requirements and Analysis Process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, Public Affairs, or a related technical discipline (extensive, directly applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement)
• Experience with gap analysis and executive briefings
• 3+ years of progressive experience in IT business analysis, strategic communications, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent writing skills
