Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc is seeking a Business Analyst for a 100% telecommute position in the United States. The candidate will provide BA support for T&M Enhancements to the WV PATH program. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in the Healthcare industry, particularly with Health and Human Services.

The ideal applicant should have at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in gathering and validating requirements, as well as knowledge of SDLC processes. This remote opportunity allows significant interaction with key executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in soliciting, reviewing, analyzing, and writing business requirements.
• 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry with Health and Human Services including SNAP and Medicaid.
• Experience with SDLC and managing project controls.

Responsibilities

Provide BA support to WV PATH for T&M Enhancements.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in soliciting, reviewing, analyzing, and writing functional and non-functional business requirements
• 3+ years of experience performing and leading requirements gathering and validation
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in the Healthcare industry with Health and Human Services inclusive of SNAP and Medicaid
• 1+ years of experience managing project controls (issues, risks, requirements, scope, schedules)
• Experience maintaining visibility on day‑to‑day activities with project teams and ensuring sufficient face‑time with key executive stakeholders
• Experience with SDLC
• Experience engaging in government RFP responses and SOW activities
• Demonstrated experience partnering with stakeholders (client and internal) to ensure proper strategy, plan, alignment, integration, and visibility
