Experience

• 6–9 years of total experience in Business Analysis and client-facing roles across enterprise applications and large digital transformation projects.
• Strong Knowledge and experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Multiple BUs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Service Cloud & Salesforce Data Cloud is preferable.
• Strong domain expertise in CRM, Marketing or Data-driven solutions.
• Proven track record in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, documentation, and working closely with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, architects).
• Experience is at least 1 large scale enterprise CRM transformation Projects
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in complex delivery environments.

Responsibilities

● Gather document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements by conducting workshops, interviews, and process walk throughs.

● Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframe diagrams.

● Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of goals and deliverables.

● Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews in Agile setups.

● Translate business needs into system specifications that guide development and testing.

● Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.

● Lead UAT coordination, including test scenario validation, user training support, and sign-off facilitation.

● Track change requests and maintain version-controlled documentation.

● Analyze as-is and to-be business processes and suggest optimizations or automation opportunities.

● Drive stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
