This Business Analyst will interface with new and existing customers to understand and capture application requirements as technical specifications for development, and will lead the testing process of these applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Five years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to capture application requirements as technical specifications to be implemented by development staff.
• Lead testing of applications and manage the testing process.
• Develop knowledge of the US lottery market and software testing methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technical staff and the parent company in Greece.
• Maintain updated end-user system manuals/documentation.
• Assist in enforcing project deadlines and schedules.
• Develop/maintain functional and design specifications and QA processes.
• Lead system, client acceptance, and lifecycle testing efforts.
• Ensure Virtual Prototypes and System Simulators are kept up to date.
• Write test plans, test cases, scripts and summaries.
