Job summary

Vant4ge is seeking a Business Analyst to join our product team. You will collaborate with analysts and report to the Product Manager, performing requirements analysis, documenting processes, and executing test scenarios as part of QA efforts.

You should think analytically, explain complex concepts to non-technical users, and drive improvements across business processes while aligning with project goals.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
• 2-3 years experience in an Agile/Scrum Development Environment.
• Defining User Stories.
• Experience with automated testing tools and technologies is a big plus.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our product team. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the Product Manager. Your main task will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and defining and executing test scenarios/test cases and expected results as part of ongoing quality assurance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
