Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Loan IQ expertise to join a dynamic Agile product team in Dallas, TX. The role bridges business and technology, gathering requirements and driving product improvements for commercial lending initiatives.

The candidate will collaborate with Product Owners and developers, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and participate in testing activities including UAT planning and defect resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting Agile product teams and software delivery initiatives.
• Hands-on Loan IQ product expertise (required) with strong knowledge of commercial lending operations and workflows.
• Experience creating and managing user stories, epics, functional specifications, and requirements documentation.
• Strong techno-functional skills, including exposure to API integrations, system interfaces, and data flows between applications.
• Ability to write and analyze SQL queries for data validation, reporting, troubleshooting, and business analysis.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong Loan IQ product expertise to join a dynamic Agile product team. This role will serve as the bridge between business and technology teams, supporting commercial lending initiatives, gathering requirements, and driving product enhancements. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on Loan IQ experience with Agile BA expertise and strong techno-functional capabilities.

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Range: $68/hr on W2

What’s the Job?

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
