Salary Range: $65 $70 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize the Laboratory Information Management System (LabWare LIMS v8) This role serves as the liaison between laboratory personnel and technical teams, ensuring laboratory workflows, testing processes, and reporting requirements are accurately translated into system functionality.
The Business Analyst will work closely with Section Chief Scientists, the LIMS Supervisor, laboratory staff, and IT teams to gather requirements, coordinate system enhancements, support integrations, and ensure the successful delivery of laboratory information systems supporting Infectious Disease, Toxicology, Environmental Chemistry, Bioterrorism Response, Chemical Threat Response, and Next Generation Sequencing laboratories.
This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders while managing multiple priorities in a highly regulated laboratory environment.
