Job Requirements for LabVantage LIMS Specialist

• 3-7 years of experience working with LabVantage LIMS.

• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, sample management, instrument integration, and compliance standards.

• Hands-on experience with LabVantage configuration and customizations.

• Experience integrating LabVantage with lab instruments and Empower.

• Knowledge of SDLC.

• Experience with SQL and database management concepts.

• Familiarity with system validation processes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• LabVantage certification (optional but advantageous).

• Role: Business Analyst / LabVantage Functional Specialist.

• Responsible for managing customer deliverables and timely reporting.

• Demonstrates managerial skills, if applicable.

• Self-directed individual capable of working independently and in matrixed teams; able to lead business users/stakeholders and DTE team members to complete tasks on time with quality.

• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year.
