5580 - LabVantage/Empower Implementation Specialist/Senior Business Analyst

Join us to apply for the 5580 - LabVantage/Empower Implementation Specialist/Senior Business Analyst role at Verista.

This position involves designing and implementing instrument interfaces between Empower and LabVantage LIMS, developing validation protocols, maintaining documentation, and supporting laboratory operations in compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP 5.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing validation plans, URS, FS, IQ, OQ, PQ protocols for LabVantage/Empower interfaces.
• Ensuring system compliance with regulations and GMP/GLP standards.
• Managing validation documentation and change controls.
• Supporting system support, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Collaborating with QA, IT, and lab teams for system integration.
• Supporting audits with validation evidence and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 7-10+ years in Computer System Validation within regulated industries.
• Experience validating and supporting LabVantage and Empower systems.
• Knowledge of GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and laboratory workflows.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:

• On-site presence in Boston, MA, 3 days per week.

Salary range for US: $80,465—$136,225 USD, dependent on experience and other factors.
