Job summary

Spry Methods is seeking a Business Analyst to support PM MAGTF C2 acquisition and sustainment planning. You will review Acquisition Plans, Strategies, SOWs, and PWSs against Federal and DoD policy, and explain what does not hold up. Build schedules and executive briefs to senior leadership.

This is a high-trust role in a growing portfolio. You will work with Government staff to ensure compliance, maintain schedules, and draft documentation for SAFe transitions.

Qualifications

• 8 years of DoD program office experience per staffing matrix.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 eligibility.
• Strong MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with ETMS2 or DON Tasker workflow.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance reviews of Acquisition Plans, SOWs, PWSs, and task books.
• Identify non-compliance with Federal, OSD, DoN, and MCSC policy.
• Draft top-level program schedules and briefs for senior leadership.
• Maintain configuration control of Roadmaps, IMSs, and dashboards; draft SOPs for SAFe transition.
• Track ETMS2 tasks, prepare briefs, route documents for signature, record meeting minutes.

Do you want the job where the compliance call is yours to make? As the Business Analyst supporting PM MAGTF C2 acquisition and sustainment planning, you will review Acquisition Plans, Strategies, SOWs, and PWSs against Federal, OSD, DoN, and MCSC policy and tell the originator what does not hold up. You will also build the schedules and executive briefs that carry those decisions to senior leadership. It is a high-trust role on a growing portfolio, and we staff it with people who want their judgment relied on.

• Perform compliance reviews of official correspondence and procurement documents including Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategies, SOWs, PWSs, and task books.
• Identify non-compliance with Federal, OSD, DoN, and MCSC acquisition policy and report non-conformances to document originators.
• Draft and maintain top-level program schedules (Microsoft Project), detailed spreadsheets (Excel), and presentation material (PowerPoint) in coordination with Government staff.
• Maintain configuration control of portfolio-level Capability Roadmaps, IMSs, and dashboards; draft and revise SOPs supporting the transition to SAFe operations.
• Track and answer assigned ETMS2 tasks, prepare information and decision briefs, route documents for signature, and record meeting minutes.

• Demonstrated history of delivering acquisition document review and business analysis in a DoD program office — 8 years' relevant experience per the Staffing Matrix.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility.
• Working knowledge of Federal, DoD, DoN, and MCSC acquisition policy, plus strong Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with ETMS2 (or DON Tasker) workflow and staff action routing.
• SOP and process documentation experience during an Agile transition.
• Editorial eye — grammar, punctuation, and acronym review are explicitly part of this task.
• Diplomatic enough to tell a document owner it is not ready.
