Job Description: Business Analyst

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Continental United States.

Position Purpose: Lead and perform analysis to align business needs with objectives, and implement process improvements.

1. Support business initiatives through data analysis, identifying barriers, and conducting user acceptance testing.
2. Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to enhance processes.
3. Resolve issues and identify opportunities for redesign and improvement.
4. Conduct detailed analysis on multiple projects, recommend solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
5. Assess risks and communicate concerns to management.
6. Coordinate training development and delivery across departments.
7. Share and incorporate best practices into business applications.
8. Manage changes to policies and procedures, including communication and implementation.
9. Serve as a subject matter expert to ensure operational performance.
10. Travel as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in business process analysis, preferably in healthcare or claims analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Experience in benefits, pricing, contracting, claims, or provider reimbursement methodologies.
• Knowledge of managed care systems and claims payment systems is preferred.
• Structured testing and test plan creation experience are highly valued.
• Project management and Agile experience are a plus.

Compensation: $86,000 - $154,700 per year.
