Job Title: Business Analyst - IT

We are hiring for a Business Analyst - IT role.

Location: No constraints (WFH as per policy)

Job Description & Skills:

1. Overall industry experience: 12+ years
2. Hands-on experience in requirement gathering & analysis (7+ years, 15+ projects), mobile app related projects.
3. Coordinate with various business and IT stakeholders to understand their requirements. Conduct design thinking workshops. Create user journeys to articulate as-is processes.
4. Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to groom the backlog, conduct sessions to make the team understand the requirements, assist in sprint planning and other scrum ceremonies.
6. Experience in direct interactions with business & IT stakeholders, preferably South Africa customer management.
7. Hands-on experience working on Angular & cloud projects as a business analyst.
8. Basic understanding of the technical landscape, including:

• Mobile app requirements, User experience, testing, NFRs
• Micro-services architecture
• Angular 9x, performance testing
• Cloud (AWS)
• WhatsApp integration
• Creating reports in PowerBI

Hands-on experience with SCRUM Agile processes (2+ years).

Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Understanding of the Learning Management Domain.

Strong process orientation, structured and well-organized.

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving skills, and experience handling escalations.

Certification/Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology.
• Certification in Business Analysis, BA-BOK.
