Job summary

Textron, including its Bell subsidiary, offers a Business Analyst Intern role aimed at gaining hands-on experience on real projects with guidance from experienced professionals. You’ll support manufacturing and aircraft creation, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and participate in formal training over a 10‑week summer program.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a relevant degree with at least 60 credits completed, ready to commit June 1–August 6, 2027, and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations, Industrial Engineering, IT, Business or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the internship start (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience.
• Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1- August 6, 2027.
• 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on a combination of projects conducting data analysis and interfacing with operations leaders.
• Develop a strong business operations foundation and acquire leadership skills with cross‑functional knowledge.
