Участие в анализе требований, взаимодействие с заинтересованными сторонами и командой разработки, сопровождение тестирования и обучения пользователей, а также участие в управлении проектами и отчетности — ключевые задачи роли.

Qualificações

• Университетское образование по CS, экономике или естественным наукам
• Мотивация, аналитичность, коммуникабельность и ориентированность на результат
• Опыт в требованиях, тестировании, поддержке или разработке ПО
• Свободное владение немецким языком (C1+)
• Знание UML, XML/XSD, SQL — преимущество: пригодится анализ и документация

Responsabilidades

• Участвовать в анализе бизнеса и работать с клиентами и командой разработки
• Анализировать, уточнять и документировать требования пользователей и системы
• Осуществлять общение с клиентами и внутренними заинтересованными сторонами
• Проводить воркшопы и участвовать в процессе принятия решений
• Выполнять тестирование ПО, обучение пользователей, обработку запросов 3-й линии поддержки, поддерживать документацию
• Участвовать в управлении проектами и отчетности

Are you a highly motivated Business Analyst / Product Owner fluent in German? EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our dynamic team. You will have the flexibility to work remotely from within the EU or from our offices in Athens or Thessaloniki. This role requires readiness to travel to client sites in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria for workshops.

• Being involved in business analysis and collaborating closely with client stakeholders and the development team
• Analyzing, refining, and documenting user and system requirements
• Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
• Leading workshops and decision-making process
• Perform software testing, user training, handling 3rd-level support requests, and maintaining documentation
• Participating in project management and reporting activities

Требования:

• University Degree preferably in Computer science, scientific area, or economics
• Motivated, analytical, communicative, result-oriented
• Experience in requirement engineering, software testing, support and/or software development
• Fluency in German (C1+)
• Будет плюсом: Knowledge of UML, XML / XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility is an asset
