The DB Implementation Team at TELUS Health comprises nearly 300 professionals dedicated to delivering competitive integrated systems solutions. We design, implement, and support comprehensive DB pension administration solutions for large public sector clients. Our team thrives on proactive and creative contributions from business analysts, developers, QA analysts, project managers, and solution designers, within a dynamic, Agile-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze client requirements for implementing our integrated solution.
  • Document business and operational needs related to implementation and workflow automation.
  • Evaluate and map business processes, aligning them with data across pension management systems (e.g., payroll, pension calculations, financial transactions, document management, telephony).
  • Collaborate with solution architects, functional leads, and development teams to create and review solutions.
  • Define testing scope and criteria; work closely with QA during execution.
  • Contribute to report and communication redesigns supporting processes and procedures.
  • Follow up with stakeholders on implemented changes.

Requirements

  • Degree in administration, computer science, actuarial mathematics, business analysis, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in pension plan management, workflow system implementation, or process automation.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize complex information and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in current computer technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
