Job summary

MGT, formerly Cicero, is hiring an entry-level Business Analyst in Salt Lake City, UT or Washington, D.C. You will contribute to data-driven analyses and support strategic recommendations across client projects.

As part of the MGT team, you’ll develop analytical skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver results that drive organizational transformation. Strong communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent; strong academic record.
• 0–3 years of full-time professional experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and present ideas in English.
• Interest in data-driven consulting and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Execute the research and analyses that define our strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams to provide data-driven solutions across projects (e.g., Organization Transformation, Private Equity Due Diligence, Strategy Development/Implementation, Market Research).
• Manage diverse and impactful internal initiatives.
