What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with fellow Business Analyst III’s to enhance business analysis and software delivery practices
- Provide input and feedback to improve operational reporting and development processes
- Facilitate discovery and requirements elicitation sessions to identify system and business process improvement opportunities
- Develop and perform testing activities to validate solution designs based on business requirements
- Respond to inquiries from leaders and executives with research and actionable recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Six (6) years of progressive professional experience in business analysis or related work
- At least one (1) year of experience with the Colorado DRIVES application in a front-line facing or technical support role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, computer science, information systems, or a closely related field
- Two (2) years of progressive professional experience in business analysis, including one (1) year working with the Colorado DRIVES application
- Must be a resident of the State of Colorado at the time of application

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional years of experience with the Colorado DRIVES application, including technical support
- Experience in software development requirements elicitation and Agile User Story development
- Proven ability to facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholder groups
- Familiarity with testing enterprise applications and bug tracking management
- Knowledge of Colorado statutes and regulations impacting software development requirements
