Qualifications

• 5+ years of functional experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant with Oracle EBS.
• 5+ years in Agile environments creating and managing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• 5+ years of end-to-end requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and solution deployment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional SME for Oracle EBS Financial modules, handling configurations, process flows, and testing.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specs.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to define AI/ML use cases, model requirements, and data pipelines.
• Act as a bridge between functional users, Oracle EBS teams, and AI/ML development teams.
• Assist in maintaining, refining, and grooming the product backlog, supporting sprint planning and release management.
• Coordinate small to mid-scale project efforts independently and support change management for AI adoption.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functional expertise to help shape the next generation of intelligent solutions across the enterprise. This role bridges traditional ERP functional analysis with emerging AI/ML capabilities, enabling the organization to modernize processes, improve decision-making, and accelerate digital transformation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with long-term strategy.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
