This position is responsible for analyzing and coordinating requirements, defining project scope, translating business requirements into use cases, activity or flow diagrams, and participating in project management activities. It involves conducting business research to identify gaps between the current state and future vision, interviewing customers and enterprise experts for insights, maintaining documentation on business projects, and working closely with business architects and IT to interpret and document functional/non-functional requirements. The role may also include reviewing demands, evaluating the portfolio, and setting scope for future delivery to meet market and customer demands.

Required Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or Business Administration with 3 years of experience in project management, business process analysis, or operations/systems analysis OR 5 years of experience in these areas.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with full lifecycle software projects and understanding of each phase.
  • Experience with requirements management tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Jira, or Power BI.
  • Experience with business modeling tools like Visio and methodologies like Six Sigma.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Prior configuration experience.
  • Experience with the Blue Chip claims processing system.
  • Experience in healthcare claims processing.
  • Knowledge of business process design and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience working with Business Architects and change management to facilitate organizational change.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Compensation: $54,800.00 - $121,100.00. Exact salary may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
